Electric curtains –

These are usually used in restaurants, hotels, offices, and even homes as they help regulate the temperature within the building. They work by automatically opening during the daytime and closing at night when it’s dark. They are made of plastic sheets that are sensitive to light. So, when it is dark, they open up automatically while they close down on their own during the day.

This type of curtain is generally used in homes as most have a low budget. They protect your house from rain, dust, and insects such as flies which can easily penetrate through other curtains into your house, thus causing severe health problems. Such things can also hurt you if you accidentally stand too close to them when moving around your house.

Wooden curtains –

These are typically used in traditional houses where people love the old look. They are used as they give a classic effect within the house.

When choosing a material for your curtain, you should know what purpose it will serve, such as if you want a soft or rough one.

Step 2 – Cutting the material:

This is the most crucial step in any curtain-making process. Once you have chosen your material, it is time to cut it into pieces using a compass (template) which can be bought in some curtain fabric shops and online.

Step 3 – Adhering the pieces together with pins:

Once you have finished cutting the curtain, put on the pressure onto all sides and edges of the curtain until you get a result that looks good. If you still have some leftovers, you can use these pieces to patch up any holes within your curtain later on. You should now place these pins together at the center of one side so that they can be appropriately attached later on when opening and closing your curtains. Thus, helping yourself create the best curtains.
